Depending on how you use the platform, this may include your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, location, community and Gotra details, education, career, income, family and lifestyle information, photographs, horoscope information, preferences and information you choose to provide in your profile.
We use member information to create and operate profiles, provide search and matching functionality, facilitate introductions, manage interests and shortlists, provide member support, process memberships and payments, maintain security, prevent misuse and operate the website.
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. Brahm Vivaah facilitates introductions and does not independently guarantee member-provided identity, education, employment, income, family background, marital status, character or suitability.
Online membership payments are processed through Razorpay. Brahm Vivaah does not ask members to provide card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs or other payment credentials to us by email or chat. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's applicable policies.
Profile information may be displayed to other members as part of the platform's matrimonial functionality and according to the visibility settings and access rules provided on the website. Contact details are shared after an introduction is accepted as described on the platform.
