A refund may be considered where a payment is successfully charged but membership activation fails due to a technical problem, where the same transaction is charged more than once due to a payment-system issue, or where required by applicable law.
Except where a refund is required by law or falls within an eligible technical/payment error, fees are generally not refundable merely because a member does not find a suitable match, changes their mind, stops using the service, or does not complete their profile.
